From in depth fact finding conversations we establish and identify any skills gaps within the workforce. Further dialogue will establish the criteria, eligability and -importantly- written commitment of nominated trainees

Placement

In agreement with the employer the trainees are then placed with the appropriate training provider.

Regular monitoring and evaluation by SKILLSMATCH will ensure employer/provider relationships will continue and grow.
